Techenomics is our proud new distributor

May07

“Techenomics is proudly distributing the WS2 additives across Australia because the technology developed by Nanotech Industrial Solutions Corporation (NIS) helps maximize the life and performance of lubricants and greases, thereby complementing the total fluid management services offered by Techenomics.”

Avenel, New Jersey: Nanotech Industrial Solution (NIS) proudly announces Techenomics as their new exclusive Australian distributor. Techenomics will also Distribute in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and all other parts of the world where the company has local representation.

“It’s been a great pleasure to work with the team at Techenomics and watching this relationship grow. Having them [Techenomics] as our exclusive Australian distributor is going to help open the market for our IF-WS2 additive that we couldn’t do alone,” says Itsik Havakuk, Vice President of International Sales.

In a recent article published by Chris Adsett, CEO Techenomics International, he states, “We showcased these value-adding projects in a series of forums in Australia, Singapore and Indonesia in the past few weeks, including Indonesia Miner in Jakarta.” Chris continues by stating, “…Tungsten disulfide (WS2) caged nano particles enable clients to get more from their oil and lubricants, thus decreasing fuel consumption, reducing engine wear and maintenance intervals, and, importantly, reducing harmful emissions.” You can read the full article here.

As the relationship between Nanotech Industrial Solution [NIS] and Techenomics developed they both recognized the outstanding possibilities that NIS’s nano and sub-micron spherical sized particles of Inorganic Fullerene-like Tungsten Disulfide could bring to their fluid management services. In one such instance, a three month trial was held at an Indonesian coal project, where WS2 was added to Total Rubio T177400 15W-40 diesel engine oil used in a Komatsu HD 465-7 Dump Truck with a Cummins SAA6D 120 E-5 engine. Engine oil life was extended 43% from 500 hours to 717 hours, fuel consumption decreased 7%, fuel burn rate decreased 4.7% compared with the previous three months, engine speed increased 3% and rear exhaust temperature decreased 4%. To see the test results please click here. –

In addition to energy waste, friction and wear greatly affect product reliability, maintainability, safety, life and environmental factors.

ICIS World Base Oils and Lubricants Conference

Feb22

Two members of the NIS team are in London this week attending the ICIS World Base Oils and Lubricants Conference. George Diloyan, our Technical Director, and Itsik Havakuk, our Business Development Director, are reporting that the Conference is well attended and very busy.

They are keeping up with a full conference schedule covering issues ranging from new Russian base oils… to… MARPOL marine fuel specifications and impact on future marine lubricants… to… possible long-term lubricant market disruptions caused by new hybrid and e-mobility technologies. Amidst the conference schedule, they are also meeting with various individuals across a diverse array of markets who are interested in our tungsten disulfide (WS2) EP additive technology for lubricants and metal working fluids.

Even with all that activity on the schedule, George and Itsik are also managing to find a little time to take in a bit of all that the wonderful city of London has to offer!

About ICIS World Base Oils and Lubricants Conference

Base oils and lubricants have been markets in transition for some time, and some would argue, in a constant state of evolution. However, there are new long term challenges on the horizon – so-called ‘disruptive technologies’ – which will prospectively lead to a world of declining lubricant demand. How can the industry adapt to this changing environment?

Electric, hybrid, autonomous and connected vehicles, which seemed far into the future only a short time ago, are arriving quicker than we ever could have thought. There are other major developments in industry digitization with ‘Smart Plants’ and ‘The Internet of Things’. Are these threats – or can they be opportunities?

The ICIS Word Base Oils & Lubricants Conference is a unique forum where relevant stakeholders from across the globe and from different parts of the lube value chains can come together and discuss areas of common interest. Alongside the long view of 5, 10, 15 years from now, you will also gain valuable current market intelligence regarding the latest trends and developments impacting the industry and supply/demand balances.

NIS has another successful Independent Field Test

Jul08

After running their diesel engines during normal working hours and conditions it was proven that when added, NanoLub® AC-1000 AW/AF additive reduced metal to metal contact eliminating elements that can cause friction. While using NanoLub® AC-1000 AW/AF additive the Generoca team saw a dramatic decrease in wear based on the almost none existent metal particles in the samples they took. This was the most evident in the case of lead particles with started at 3 PPM and was reduced to 0 PPM!

While effectively increasing both Zinc and Phosphorus agents of Generoca’s current lubricating oil; which also act as Anti-Wear and Anti-Oxidants, NanoLub® AC-1000 AW/AF additive’s dispersion characteristics were able to suspend dirt and other containments such as Silicon to prevent any additional clinging to internal metals which when not constantly maintained could form a sludge-like build up. Simultaneously, Generoca also found our additive increased TBN to counter act the acids which cause oxidation and showed less corrosion characteristics.

Our NanoLub® AC-1000 AW/AF additive directly contributed to over $18,000 in additional monthly energy and profit. With these results Generoca is estimating they will have close to $221,000 in additional energy and profit by the end of the year just by adding NanoLub® to one of their diesel engines.

NIS anuncia a LUVAL como distribuidor autorizado

Jun10
